We were responsible for the complete execution of a Golf Wang pop-up shop. This included: Hiring shop fitters, security personnel, and staff. Coordinating stock delivery, merchandising, and visual displays. Managing day-to-day operations during the event. Packing and shipping unsold stock back to HQ after the shop’s closure.
